I had my luxury Central Park South property on the market for almost a year and nothing happened. When Karen took charge of the listing we got the right buyer at the right price and closed within three months. - Seller/Client: Hampshire House (8/2008)
Karen gave us a detailed marketing plan with an in-depth set of requirements to sell our home at an aggressive price. We followed the plan to the letter, and she sold our West Village townhouse in 16 days. - Seller/Client: West 12th Street (9/2009)
